Should you find the service provided by our Cadenza MIM software no longer aligns with your needs, you have the option to cancel your subscription via the payment tab within your organization's dashboard, where your subscription is managed.

Upon canceling your subscription, your organization will be automatically downgraded to the 'Adagio' (Free) tier at the commencement of your next renewal date. Your existing paid subscription will remain in effect until the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
